PAYMENT/ DEPOSIT

All In-Studio Skincare treatments require a $50 non-refundable deposit. The deposit will be deducted from the total of your service.  All Virtual appointments require full payment to be remitted at checkout.

CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULING

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled within 48-hours of the your appointment without penalty.

You are free to reschedule once. Should you need to reschedule more than once,  the initial deposit will be forfeited and you will need to schedule a new appointment with corresponding deposit. 

All changes made outside of the 48-hour cancellation/reschedule window, will result in your deposit being forfeited.

All cancellations result in loss of deposit.

Same day cancellations are charged 100% of the remaining balance.

No call /No shows will be charged 100% of the remaining balance.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

A FEW IMPORTANT REMINDERS TO ENSURE OPTIMAL CARE DURING YOUR NEXT VISIT:

 1. Be sure to complete your Client Health Questionnaire Form linked in your confirmation email.

2. Avoid exfoliation and use of harsh skin care products for at least 3 days prior to your appointment (Ex. Retinol, glycolic or salicylic acids, prescription grade topicals)

3. No waxing or shaving 24 to 48 hours before or after a facial.

4. Arrive no more than 5 minutes early to complete your Covid waiver/review any necessary forms and to talk to your esthetician.

5. Know the names of the skin care products you are using at home. Bring a list or images if needed.

PRE-PAID SERVICES

All pre-paid services (ie. gift cards, treatment packages) must be paid in full upon purchase or by the time of first session (if package). All pre-paid purchases are valid for one year.

  • Gift cards are valid from one year of the date of purchase

  • Treatment packages are valid for one year from the first service date.

You are responsible for using your treatment sessions and/or gift cards within the allotted time frame. Skin Prerogative is not responsible for packages or gift cards not used prior to their expiration date.

OUR HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

The health and safety of our staff and clients is our highest priority. We are a licensed establishment and take guidance from the CDC to create protocols for a safe environment.

COVID-19 SANITIZATION & SAFETY PROCEDURES

For Staff:

I have all completed retraining on cleaning and safety protocols to ensure the safety of all clients and staff.

I check and record my temperature daily.

I will wear a face mask, shield and gloves during treatment.

I have always and will continue to provide services by appointment only to limit the number of clients in the space.

Appointment times are staggered to allow time for extensive cleaning of the treatment room and equipment between services.

For Clients:

Please stay home if you present signs or symptoms of illnesses (including allergies). Accommodations will be made to reschedule your appointment.

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you arrive significantly early for your service, you will be asked to wait outside or in your vehicle as we are limiting the number of clients in the studio to practice social distancing.

Please arrive alone to your appointment unless the client is a minor and needs to be accompanied by an adult.

You are required to wear a face covering when entering and exiting.

You must complete Covid waiver and wellness questionnaire prior to your arrival.
